Terms of Service & EULA

1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple EULA Acknowledgment

By accessing legacyunited.io, enrolling in Legacy United physical educational academies, or downloading our mobile software applications distributed via the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and Legacy United only, and not with Apple Inc. Legacy United is solely responsible for the application and the content thereof.

2. Scope of License (Apple Standard EULA)

Legacy United grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our educational services and run our mobile software on any Apple-branded products running iOS or iPadOS that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Multiplatform Educational Access & Institutional Licensing (Guideline 3.1.3(a))

In full compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 3.1.3(a) (Multiplatform Services):

• Schools, academic institutions, and enrolled scholars who have established an accredited agreement with Legacy United may log into the mobile application to access their authorized curriculum and educational tools without additional in-app purchase.
• Individual subscribers who obtain credentials through our website or classroom admissions desk receive equivalent educational access across both web and native iOS/iPadOS interfaces.

4. Maintenance and Support Services

Legacy United is solely responsible for providing any maintenance, bug fixes, curriculum updates, and customer support for our applications. You acknowledge that Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Legacy United mobile application. 5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); all other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Legacy United.

6. Product & Intellectual Property Claims

Legacy United, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your possession and use thereof, including product liability claims, consumer protection compliance, and regulatory adherence. In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your use infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Legacy United will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

7. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use (Apple Guideline 1.2)

Users must adhere to rigorous academic honesty. Harassment, objectionable content, reverse engineering, cheating, or unauthorized sharing of proctored examination keys is strictly prohibited. Legacy United employs zero tolerance for abusive conduct and reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate academic community standards within 24 hours of notification to support@legacyunited.io.

8. U.S. Legal & Export Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc., and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
